С 2004 г. осуществляется руководство научной работой аспирантов и соискателей, под руководством защитились 2 кандидата наук. Научные интересы: Механизмы эффективного построения и функционирования систем внутреннего контроля в организациях. Механизмы повышения эффективности предпринимательской деятельности.

С 11.02.2004 по настоящее время – Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Аверс-Аудит М». Учредитель компании, генеральный директор, аттестованный аудитор. ООО «Аверс-Аудит М» является членом Саморегулируемой организации аудиторов АССОЦИАЦИИ «СОДРУЖЕСТВО». Осуществляет аудит, бухгалтерский учет и консалтинг предпринимательской деятельности.

Natalia R. Balynskaya

Director of the Institute of Economics and Management, Head of the Department of State and Municipal Management and HR Management, D.Sc. in Politics. Issued over 100 publications, including four monographs.

• First Class Diplomate of the Government of Chelyabinsk region for victory in a nominated category “Woman as an assembly-member, policy-maker, and social activist” of the regional journalist contest “Modern woman’s world”, 2005
• Holder of the Certificate of acknowledgement of the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region for significant contribution to development of civil society institutes,  2007 
• Holder of the Certificate of acknowledgement of the Governor of Chelyabinsk region for years of dedicated work, 2010 
• Associate fellow of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences in the subpanel “Issues of macroeconomics and social market economy ”, 2012

Taught Disciplines: Управленческий учет, Финансовый анализ, Инвестиции, Основы предпринимательской деятельности, Предпринимательство, Основы организации предприятий малого бизнеса.

Publications. С 2006 года опубликовано более 90 научных работ, в том числе учебные пособия и монографии. Круг научных интересов: управление безубыточностью организации, учет и анализ затрат, оценка эффективности инвестиций.

Опыт руководства и участия в научных проектах:

Преподавательскую, научно-методическую и организационно-методическую работу Замбржицкая Е.С. успешно сочетает с научно-исследовательской работой, при этом активно привлекает к научным исследованиям студентов. Систематически участвует в выполнении госбюджетных работ. Под руководством Замбржицкой Е.С. выполнено более 15 научно-исследовательских проектов на базе ФГБОУ ВО «МГТУ им. Г.И. Носова», при ее участии – порядка 8.

Glafira V. Kuzina

Senior lecturer at the Department of Economics and Marketing. Frequent winner of business contests, a prizewinner of the all-Russian business fest in Anapa (Russia), Deputy chairman of committee on youth entrepreneurship development of the South Urals Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an entrepreneur, and an author of the program on “Project” practical business school for upper-form students.  In 2010 she represented a “Worn-out tire recycling” business project in a contest “Best student business project” and took a second place. At the 15th Russian youth business fest, she took an active part in project work and workshops, attended career development courses and was awarded the Business-Fest Laureate Diploma. Has a patent on a utility model “Recycling plant for solid wastes, namely worn-out tires”. She is a Ph.D. student majoring in Economics and is going to defend her Ph.D. thesis on “Development of methodological bases of the interaction system of business entities”.
